Our clients include private and self employed individuals, partnerships/limited liability partnerships (LLP's) and limited companies in various sectors.

Business start ups

As a business start up we will discuss your business model with you and assist in determining the most appropriate legal structure eg sole trader, partnership, limited liability partnership ('LLP') or limited ('Ltd') company.

All necessary registrations with HMRC (for such things as self assessment, PAYE, VAT and corporation tax) will be undertaken for you FREE OF CHARGE.

Additionally, if appropriate, we will incorporate a limited company for only £75 incl. VAT and provide our address as the registered office FREE OF CHARGE whilst you remain a client. 

Fixed fees

We generally work on the basis of fixed fees as, historically, our clients have indicated this is their preferred method.

With start up clients, and new clients to the practice, this can involve some "educating" on our behalf but we will assist you every step of the way and absorb the costs in doing so.

Regular services

Unable to afford/justify a full or part time financial director or financial controller (or even a bookkeeper) but require regular and accurate financial information?

We offer a "financial controller" service tailored to your specific needs - this can generally involve us visiting your premises monthly or quarterly to suit (or you can deliver your records to us).
